We respect and value your time and so to keep you from waiting on hold on the phone we process all returns via email. This allows you to use time more efficiently by responding on your schedule whenever you are able to write and check your email.

We are usually very good and at getting back to you within 24 hours if not much sooner!
All items that we sell are backed by a 60 day return warranty with the following conditions.
Refurbished/Used Modem Conditions
All refurbished/used modems need to be returned with all accessories, in exact condition and not altered in any way or else a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
New Item Conditions
Buyer pays return shipping and may choose whatever shipping carrier they prefer, but buyer is responsible to make sure the item arrives back to us safely and undamaged before the 60 day cutoff date based on date of purchase. Buyer also may be asked to provide return tracking info for any item that does not arrive back or is lost/damaged and cannot be associated with a specific order upon arrival. Buyer must have requested authorization for a return via email before sending the item back, and the item MUST be returned within the warranty time period and not one day more. For your convenience a return label can be provided for the buyer to print out and use for return with the cost of the label being deducted from the final refund amount. The return label is valid for 14 days from the time it is issued.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to include a note in the package detailing your reason for return when returning the item to help expedite the returns process.
Refunds are processed within 30 days upon the item being successfully received back by us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much faster than that. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to test and process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund credit back to you. If we are not at fault for the return then we will issue a full refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping costs.
